Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with leaders on talent program execution • Assist in talent management and development initiatives • Provide support during organizational changes • Analyze performance and engagement data • Participate in project coordination for talent initiatives

Requirements: • 3+ years in HR or related industry experience • Familiarity with HR processes and baseline knowledge • Solid attention to detail and organizational skills • Fluency in English, bilingualism an advantage • Experience in professional service contexts preferred
