Become a vital part of our remote team as an Accounting Analyst. This role focuses on full-cycle accounts payable, support for accounts receivable, and month-end financial reconciliations.
In this temporary remote position, you will be responsible for core accounting functions and supporting cross-functional initiatives with Sales and Customer Service teams. Key tasks include managing vendor invoices, performing collection follow-ups, and maintaining the integrity of the general ledger through financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices with precision and speed
• Support collection activities for customer accounts
• Analyze month-end P&L; line items
• Maintain general ledger accuracy
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in accounting (AP/AR preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
• Robust attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
