Key Responsibilities:
• Support deployment of HR programs and processes • Coach managers on employee relations and workforce planning • Apply labor laws and participate in conflict resolution • Lead HR development initiatives and needs analysis • Manage daily HR transactions and align Labor Relations
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in HR or industrial relations required • Minimum 5 years HR experience in manufacturing • Strong foundation in labor relations • Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written • Proficiency in MS Office suite
