You’ll directly contribute to Super.Com’s growth and success by validating that our solutions meet design specifications and requirements. You will advocate for our customers and help us build amazing experiences and value into our products. You’ll participate in fast-moving Agile teams, helping to both develop and implement test scenarios and test strategies in aid of our engineering releases. You’ll provide manual testing and QA guidance for multiple product verticals and projects. You will lead testing efforts for your assigned areas and partner with stakeholders to iteratively improve processes and outcomes. You will provide guidance to junior team members and help elevate the work of those around you. You will co-own operational metrics for both your immediate and extended teams. You will work hands-on with our test automation, partnering with engineers to build, maintain, and execute high quality automated test cases. And you will help ensure that our products and experiences meet the highest quality for our customers.About the teamThe mission of the QA Team at Super.Com is to improve the quality of our product and to ensure that any issues are quickly identified and addressed. Our QAs support multiple mission-aligned teams to ensure that their work meets our high quality standards. QAs are embedded within teams and work closely with engineering, product, and design. When they aren’t validating releases, QA Team conducts exploratory testing, writes automated tests, and works to improve the team’s process and capabilities.What you’ll be working onIdentify test requirements from product specifications and design docs in order to create high quality test casesHelp the team with the creation of test strategies, test plans, test cases, and examination of test resultsCoordinate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Data Specialists, and key business partners to understand how data flows through our systems and ensure its integrityTroubleshoot problems,



log defects in JIRA, and drive those defects to prompt remediationOversee the timely and correct resolution of all active defects in your assigned areasInvestigate automation results, identify issues in automated tests, and help fix broken automated testsPerform root cause assessments on defects and implementing solutions to prevent recurrenceDefine and gather key metrics around software testing activitiesEffectively communicate test activities, tasks, and statusPartner closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and transparency on progressCoordinate and perform Exploratory Testing Sessions to test JIRA stories, bugs, and regression activitiesPlay an active role in daily scrums, weekly sprint refining sessions, and all sprint rituals for each of your Mission Aligned TeamsOwnership of Functional and Regression testing for your assigned areasOperate as an SME for the product workflows and behaviors in your areas of ownership, helping assist teammates across functional disciplinesHelp drive process improvements, identifying weaknesses in current processes and implementing improvements in partnership with stakeholdersContributing to our automated test cases, ensuring they are well-written and aligned to our documented test casesOur TechnologyWe use a state of the art architecture powered by Node and Python microservices and React frontendsWe use Postgres for storage, Redis for caching, and Snowflake for our data warehouseWe use Gitlab for version control and CI/CD, and our infrastructure is hosted on AWS, making use of Kubernetes, RDS, etcWe invest heavily in monitoring and automated alerting using DatadogWe use Amplitude, Hotjar, and LogRocket for client-side metrics and experimentationWe use Material-UI and maintain our own component library, using Figma for mock-upsWe integrate with a multitude of third-parties to support our compliance, risk, and security policiesWhat we’re looking for7+ years in Software Quality AssuranceDemonstrable qualification in writing high-quality test cases and defectsStrong background in formal test planningClear understanding of the Software Development Life CycleStrong background in testing dataDemonstrable experience working with Net SuiteExperience working in fast-moving,
