About the Firm

We are a boutique sole practitioner law firm in the Riverdale neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario with an established practice in Real Estate and Wills & Estates law. As demand for our estate planning services continues to grow, we are looking to bring on an experienced Wills & Estates lawyer to expand this area of our practice.

About the Role

This is an chance to join a well-regarded local firm and take meaningful ownership of a growing Wills & Estates practice. You will work directly with an existing client base while helping to build and develop the practice alongside the principal lawyer.

Responsibilities include:

- Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trusts
- Advising clients on estate planning strategies
- Managing estate administration and probate matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

What We're Looking For





- Called to the Ontario Bar with 3–5+ years of experience in Wills & Estates
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent client communication skills, particularly with clients navigating sensitive life events
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
- A collegial, collaborative approach — this is a small team environment
