Lead the transformation of energy systems as a Senior Market Leader in Energy. Shape the future of low-carbon energy infrastructure while driving strategic initiatives and managing stakeholder engagement.

This leadership role involves defining and growing the energy practice in Eastern Canada. You will utilize your extensive knowledge to influence decision-making on complex energy issues. As a recognized thought leader, you will mentor staff and ensure compliance with project standards and regulations while developing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Energy practice in Eastern Canada • Influence planning and delivery of major energy projects • Make strategic decisions on project components • Mentor and coach Energy team members • Ensure regulatory compliance and governance on projects

Requirements: • 18+ years in the Energy sector, 10+ in leadership • Engineering degree or relevant technical diploma • Proven business development experience in Eastern Canada • Robust financial acumen, managing P&L; is a plus • Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
