As a Trading Support Specialist, you'll provide essential support during US trading hours. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client-reported issues, deploying software in various environments, and ensuring smooth connectivity with brokers and trading venues. You'll also integrate with counterparties, manage system upgrades, and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide L1/L2 support via phone, email,



and chat • Analyze root causes of client-reported issues • Deploy software in SaaS and client-hosted environments • Ensure connectivity with third-party systems • Configure and maintain Quod platform components

Requirements: • Strong knowledge of Linux OS and scripting • Proficiency in SQL (Oracle or Postgres) • Understanding of trading workflows and FIX protocol is a plus • Experience in a client-facing support role • Ability to implement solutions for efficiency
