Drive executive compensation initiatives as a Senior Compensation Director. This role supports strategic compensation frameworks, ensuring competitive practices through data-driven insights and collaboration.
In this critical leadership role, you will work closely with executive teams and the Board, managing core compensation programs and advising on complex decisions. Responsibilities include competitive market analysis, oversight of the compensation committee, and participation in Total Rewards projects. Your expertise will influence compensation strategies and promote equitable pay structures as you handle sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare materials for compensation committee and Board meetings • Manage and improve core compensation initiatives across the firm • Conduct analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices • Advise leaders on recent hires, promotions, and retention • Manage the end-to-end annual compensation cycle
Requirements: • 7+ years of relevant compensation experience • Strong Excel proficiency for data analysis • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Background in financial services or asset management preferred
