Enhance onboarding experiences as a Learning Operations Analyst. Drive coordination, program execution, and continuous improvements for onboarding and enablement processes in a globally-focused environment.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end onboarding and enablement for the Global Customer Office. You'll work closely with Program Managers to ensure a high-quality experience from the pre-start phase through ongoing initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills as you oversee logistics, monitor progress, and implement effective learning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate global onboarding and enablement programs
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and communications
• Administer learning systems for course enrollments
• Monitor onboarding metrics and progress indicators
• Act as a contact point for learning inquiries
Requirements:
• 3+ years in learning operations or relevant coordination
• Experience with LMS and reporting tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and learning systems
• Detail-oriented with solid communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
