Become a vital link in enhancing guest experiences as a PBX Operator. Handle calls, respond to inquiries, and ensure seamless communication across departments in a luxury environment.
This role seeks an individual with at least 3 years of front desk or reservations experience, ideally in a hotel setting. You'll leverage your stellar communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests professionally. Your responsibility will include relaying messages, providing accurate information, and assisting other departments as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound calls for reservations and inquiries
• Relay detailed messages to team members
• Provide accurate hotel information to guests
• Maintain switchboard area cleanliness and organization
• Update records of all calls received and transferred
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in hotel front desk/reservations
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant phone voice with organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality software like Opera
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
