What You'll Do

- Answer inbound calls from potential customers
- Qualify leads and gather project information
- Schedule appointments for field sales team
- Follow up on web form submissions and emails
- Enter lead information into CRM system




- Provide pricing estimates for common services
- Handle basic customer inquiries and questions
- Meet daily/weekly appointment booking targets

✅ What We're Looking For

- Excellent phone and communication skills
- 3+ years customer service or sales experience minimum
- Basic computer skills (CRM, email, scheduling)
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow up
- High school diploma minimum
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
