Lead the development and enhancement of product costing models to accurately measure margin by product.
Build and refine customer profitability analyses to support pricing and broader commercial decision-making.
Develop and maintain FP&A; models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Produce recurring management reports that summarize revenue, cost, and margin performance by product and customer.
Establish repeatable, well-documented analysis routines that are embedded in the monthly and quarterly FP&A; cycle.
Support the month-end close process with margin, cost allocation, and profitability analysis, including clear variance explanations.
Respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from finance and business stakeholders, ensuring outputs are rigorous, timely, and decision-useful.
What You Bring
CPA designation (preferred).
Solid experience in FP&A; or similar analytical finance roles, including product and/or customer-level profitability work.
Advanced Excel skills.
Comfort working with legacy systems and imperfect data environments.
Strong grounding in core FP&A; processes: budgeting, reforecasting, and variance analysis.
Hands‑on experience with product costing and complex cost allocation methodologies.
Experience supporting the month‑end close process from a finance/FP&A; perspective.
