Lead customer interactions as a Part-Time Customer Service Manager overseeing auction administration. Drive exceptional service and assist customers before, during, and after sale days.
In this key role, you'll manage the customer service team and ensure compliance with auction objectives. You will need strong skills in problem-solving, organization, and time management, as you act as the main contact point for customers while liaising across the organization. Your leadership will help create a customer-centric workplace while maximizing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee auction administrative processes for efficiency
• Manage human resources for sale-day operations
• Train and coach the customer service team




• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure accurate processing of DMV documents and sales tax
Requirements:
• 2 years in customer service; 1 year in supervision
• Strong computer skills and data entry proficiency
• DMV document processing understanding is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
