Become a pivotal K-12 System Principal, focusing on educational leadership and program reform. Engage in staff oversight, collaboration, and reporting to enhance student achievement and wellbeing.
This role begins July 1, 2026, and may renew annually based on funding. As System Principal, you will oversee all Ministry and Board communications, support staff development, and engage with multiple stakeholders, including community partners. Emphasis will be placed on enhancing student outcomes in literacy and mathematics while leading program initiatives across the school district.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure alignment with the Ministry's deliverables
• Monitor and develop instructional staff performance
• Oversee curriculum initiatives and reporting
• Collaborate with community partners and educational staff
• Lead efforts in Indigenous Education programming
Requirements:
• Demonstrated leadership in school-based programs
• Advanced knowledge or experience in Mathematics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Capacity for teamwork in diverse environments
