Account Coordinator, Ticket Sales & Service

This part‑time role (30 hours per week, May–October 2026) supports ticket sales for Toronto Tempo games and events. The Coordinator works closely with the Sales & Service team to execute ticket sales and group strategies, engage potential customers, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, focusing on generating new sales and meeting targets.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Ticket Sales Strategy & Execution

- Support the development and execution of membership servicing and group sales strategies.
- Support daily inbound and outbound activities, meeting individual sales targets provided by the Manager.
- Promote special offers and upsell opportunities to clients to achieve sales goals.
- Identify and engage potential customers through phone calls, emails, events, and in‑person meetings.
- Assist the Sales team with execution of game‑day group sales activations.
- Attend all home games during the season to support ticket sale execution processes.

Customer Service & Member Experience

- Provide exceptional customer service to ticket buyers,



ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through game day.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve ticketing issues in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting & Data Analysis

- Maintain accurate record keeping of all inbound and outbound activities within the CRM system.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the Manager based on customer interactions and sales data.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

- Support the Manager in aligning sales efforts with broader team initiatives.
- Work with the Tempo Operations Team to ensure smooth execution of ticketing and group sales activations on game days.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field (asset, not required).
- Experience in sales or customer service roles (asset).
- Ticket sales or revenue generation experience in sports or entertainment, preferably professional sports (asset).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets (asset).
- Strong understanding of ticketing systems and technology such as Ticketmaster, AXS, or similar platforms (asset).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for women’s sports and commitment to creating an exceptional fan experience.




- Must be able to work weeknights, evenings, and weekends in season to support game days.
