Lead channel sales strategies for the Canadian market with a focus on growth and partnership. As a Director of Channel Sales, you’ll develop key market strategies, drive revenue, and nurture high-performing teams.

In this critical leadership role, you will shape and execute channel sales strategies for the Canadian partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities include recruiting channel managers, building executive relationships with partners, and driving revenue through co-selling efforts. Collaboration across sales, marketing, and product teams will be essential to achieve alignment on initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop channel sales strategy for the Canadian market • Recruit and lead a high-performing channel sales team • Foster relationships with distributors and resellers • Drive partner-sourced revenue through enablement programs • Manage accurate forecasting and reporting on performance

Requirements: • 15 years of experience or relevant advanced degree • Proven channel sales leadership in enterprise software • Robust understanding of the Canadian IT channel • Demonstrated talent management experience • Financial acumen and strategic planning skills
