Provide senior project leadership for complex health initiatives within a university context. Drive multi-stakeholder collaboration, strategic planning, and community engagement to advance health priorities effectively.
This role reports to the Dean of Faculty of Health, leading the planning and implementation of significant projects. You will align diverse stakeholders with competing interests, enabling effective collaboration across academic, administrative, and external partners. This position requires a proactive approach to evidence-based decision-making and the application of best project management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of multi-stakeholder health initiatives
• Translate institutional vision into actionable project plans
• Foster collaboration across diverse partners




• Enable evidence-informed decision-making through analysis
• Advance community-engaged approaches with Indigenous priorities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years leading complex initiatives
• Experience in public sector or health-related environments
• Solid relationship-building and influencing skills
• Proven analytical and project management abilities
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion principles
