This role reports directly to the Manager of Safety Programs & Systems within the Occupational Health and Safety department. You’ll leverage strong analytical skills to develop comprehensive reports that connect safety performance to daily operations. Your efforts will support a culture of prevention and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the safety culture of Zero by Choice
• Lead enterprise safety reporting including scorecards
• Design and deliver executive-ready Power BI dashboards
• Ensure data integrity through governance and validation
• Analyze incidents and trends to drive safety improvements
Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety preferred
• 5+ years’ safety reporting and analytics experience
• Proficient in Power BI and SQL for reporting
• Experience with Azure Databricks is an asset
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights
