Become the first line of customer support as a Technical Support Specialist. Engage with Smart Owners via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical and non-technical issues effectively.
In this remote full time role, you will assist customers with device installation and software inquiries, delivering exceptional support experiences. Your responsibilities will include documenting interactions, guiding energy-saving practices, and applying knowledge from training resources. Strong multitasking skills and effective communication will be vital to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose technical and non-technical issues for customers
• Assist with installation and configuration of devices




• Provide guidance on software and energy-saving practices
• Document all interactions and solutions accurately
• Work with multiple tools and systems effectively
Requirements:
• Strong customer service experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven multitasking ability with various tools
