Lead capital projects in waterfront spaces as a Project Manager. Oversee planning, design, construction, and asset management while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
This full time role requires a highly organized individual with 3-5 years of experience in facilities and asset management. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Your expertise in procurement processes and asset registry data will support the organization's commitment to safe and sustainable waterfront operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage capital and R&M; projects
• Develop detailed project plans and scopes
• Oversee project tender and award processes




• Maintain asset registry and update CAD files
• Provide post-project analysis for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in facilities and asset management
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project
• Financial management experience in budgeting
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
Utilize your project management expertise to drive successful waterfront initiatives, maintaining safety and quality throughout project lifecycles.
