The ISG Research Technology department at Client is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to spearhead the design and development of a next-generation cloud-based research distribution platform and GenAI/LLM infrastructure. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams globally, including leading squads in India and Montreal. The platform aims to revolutionize the way research content is authored, published, and consumed using modern cloud-native and AI-driven technologies. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with Squad Leads, Architects, Product Owners, and BAs during EST hours to align development with business needs Lead full stack design and development activities for new and existing applications Allocate and oversee development tasks to team members across India and Montreal Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests to ensure code quality Manage builds and deployments in lower environments; oversee CI/CD processes Support production releases, conduct post-release validations, and troubleshoot issues Act as the primary liaison with production support and RPE teams for incident resolution Coordinate with adjacent technology and support teams globally Required Skills Backend: Strong Java skills with experience in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud,



and Microservices architecture Frontend: Proficiency in UI frameworks such as React or Angular Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Cloud-Native technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and any major cloud platform (AWS preferred) Data & Messaging: Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, and messaging platforms such as Kafka Design & Development: Solid understanding of data structures, design patterns, multi-threading, and high-performance architectures Development Methodologies: Familiarity with TDD/BDD and Agile practices Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at working with stakeholders of varying technical expertise Open to working occasional weekends when needed Preferred Skills Knowledge of Python Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Previous experience in the financial services industry Experience building and integrating with GenAI/LLM platforms is a plus Certifications Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Developer) are advantageous Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
