ROLE MISSION
As a Talent Acquisition and Management Advisor, you will play a key role in our growth by actively contributing to the sourcing, identification, assessment, and recruitment of our team members - while also supporting their integration and overall employee journey.

Responsabilities :

Talent Acquisition and Attraction

- Source, identify, attract, assess, and recruit talent using innovative search and networking strategies (internal referrals, job postings, events, social media, etc.).

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for our strategic roles.

- Ensure an optimized recruitment process that delivers a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

- In collaboration with our marketing team, develop recruitment campaigns to promote our culture and opportunities across social media.

- Participate in campus recruitment and contribute to creative talent acquisition strategies.

Talent Management

- Oversee new hire onboarding: coordinate start dates, uniform orders, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless integration experience.

- Provide an exceptional employee experience by building trusting relationships with teams and proposing initiatives to enhance well-being and job satisfaction.





- Contribute to performance management initiatives.

Job requirements

- 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in the construction industry.

- Relevant degree in Human Sciences or a related field.

- Excellent listening skills and a genuine interest in people.

- You enjoy working independently and taking initiative.

- You thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

- You love using your creativity to design digital content for platforms like Facebook and TikTok.

- You have strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.

- You’re able to juggle multiple priorities efficiently and with enthusiasm.
