Responsibilities

- The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, which starts in July and typically ends in November.
- Responsible for all aspects of store operation (average 3 stores) including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions.
- Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.

Qualifications

- Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a flexible schedule and 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
- The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
