Key Responsibilities: • Improve platform uptime and availability • Optimize infrastructure for performance and security • Identify and resolve scaling reliability issues • Partner with engineers for troubleshooting • Maintain monitoring and alerting systems

Requirements: • Experience in Site Reliability Engineering or equivalent • Knowledge of Elixir or enthusiasm to learn • Proficient in managing Kubernetes clusters • Experience building with Terraform • Solid AWS experience, particularly with EKS and RDS
