Head Mechanic / Shop LeadChanges On The FlyChanges On The Fly is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Head Mechanic / Shop Lead to take ownership of our shop operations while helping develop the next generation of technicians.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in running an efficient, high-performing shop.What You’ll DoLead day-to-day operations in a busy shop environmentSupport mobile service operations as neededOversee workflow, scheduling, and shop efficiencyDiagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles with confidence and accuracyTrain, mentor, and develop both junior and experienced techniciansBuild and manage a structured apprenticeship programEnsure all work meets safety and quality standardsCollaborate with leadership to continuously improve processes and outputWhat We’re Looking ForStrong diagnostic and repair experience across a variety of vehiclesProven experience managing or leading a busy shopExperience developing and running apprenticeship or training programsAbility to coach and elevate both current and experienced techniciansSolid understanding of shop workflow, productivity,
