Since our inception in 2019, we have grown steadily and successfully completed over 1,000 projects for a diverse range of clients, including municipalities, First Nations communities, institutions, contractors, and private developers. Key Responsibilities Manage projects through their full lifecycle, including:
Proposal preparation
Investigation planning
Design and analysis
Reporting
Construction review
Project closeout
Perform Geotechnical Design And Analysis, Including
Soil and rock engineering
Slope stability
Shallow and deep foundations
Soil dynamics and seismic assessments
Mentor and support junior team members; Assist with departmental planning and operations, with opportunities to grow into a leadership role; Contribute to company decision-making related to strategy, projects, and operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's degree is an asset)
Minimum 5 years of geotechnical engineering experience across various project types
Registered or eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)
Proficiency with geotechnical analysis software
Strong written and verbal communication skills (CLB 8 / CEFR B2 or higher)
Valid Class 5 driver's licence
