ANGELCARE is a global, growing consumer goods company specializing in baby and pet products, best known for category-leading brands such as the Diaper Genie® pail and refill system. As we continue to scale globally, Finance plays a critical role in enabling disciplined growth, strong decision‑making, and operational excellence. We are seeking a Strategic Finance Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 term. This role offers significant exposure and hands‑on involvement in core finance processes. The intern will support our annual budgeting process, contribute to finance process documentation and improvement initiatives, and assist with ad‑hoc strategic finance work, including performance analysis and capital planning. This role is well‑suited for a 3rd‑year undergraduate or 1st‑year MBA student who is analytical, curious, and eager to gain practical experience in financial planning, process improvement, and strategic finance within a global consumer products workplace. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of the annual budget Support forecast updates, variance analysis, and management reporting Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across inputs Finance Process Documentation & Improvement Document current‑state finance processes (e.G., planning, reporting, CAPEX, management reviews) Partner with finance and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify pain points and inefficiencies Support the design of future‑state processes that drive simplicity, effectiveness, and scalability Develop clear process maps, workflows,



and supporting documentation Strategic & Ad‑Hoc Finance Analysis Conduct financial and operational analysis to support performance management Assist with CAPEX planning, tracking, and investment analysis Support special projects and strategic initiatives as requested by leadership Prepare executive‑ready analyses and presentations Tools, Reporting & Insights Build and maintain Excel‑based models, templates, and analytical tools Develop clear, structured PowerPoint materials for leadership presentations Support data‑driven decision‑making through thoughtful analysis and storytelling Qualifications and Requirements Currently enrolled in 3rd‑year undergraduate program (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or Analytics preferred) or 1st‑year MBA program Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with process mapping or workflow tools (e.G., Visio, Miro, Lucidchart) Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others Eligible to work in Canada Fluent in English; French is an asset but not required Nice to Have Previous internship or co‑op experience in finance, analytics, or consulting, with a specific focus in process improvement and automation (including AI and machine learning enablement) Exposure to: 1- Power BI or other data visualization tools; 2- SQL or database querying; 3- ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Microsoft Business Central); 4- FP&A or planning tools (e.G., Jedox, Planful) #J-18808-Ljbffr
