engagement and retentionBe committed to maintaining merchandising and operational standardsBuild and lead diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belongingWhat you bring:High school diploma or equivalent; some college courseworkpreferredPrevious retail management experience, preferably in a departmental or specialty store settingStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop associatesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekendsProficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer serviceAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeWe have a long-standing focus on diversity, equity and inclusion because we know it will make our company a better place to work and shop.
