This contract role focuses on supporting individuals in their job search. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, assisting with outreach to employers and organizing job fairs. The ideal candidate will possess robust interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide resume writing and interview support to job seekers
• Assist in employer outreach for job opportunities
• Conduct community liaison activities to boost referrals
• Organize and facilitate job search workshops and job fairs




• Update and maintain client files according to procedures
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Employment/Career Counselling or related fields
• Knowledge of Labour Market and Health & Safety preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with group facilitation and public speaking
• Valid Social Insurance Number required
