Join us."Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager As an Assistant Manager you support the Store Manager in all areas and are responsible for primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. sick and holiday perks depending on hours worked.Qualifications At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.Must be 18 years of age or older.Passion for hair and beauty.Requirements Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally, including on a ladder, with or without accommodation.May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.Working Conditions The position involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
