Become a vital Customer Support Specialist within a remote team focused on enhancing farmer experiences. Assist with inquiries, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure satisfaction using Local Line.
In this front-line role, you will directly support farmers in managing their operations efficiently. Your responsibilities include prioritizing support tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating closely with Technical Support and Product teams. Your contributions help improve support processes and ultimately the farming community's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Prioritize and manage incoming support requests
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
• Collect and communicate product feedback
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer support or related fields
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple conversations
• Interest in agriculture or technology
