We seek an experienced HR Consultant, operating at the Generalist or HRBP level. You'll function as a trusted partner to multiple organizations, handling day-to-day HR needs and navigating complex employee relations. Most work is performed through live client calls, allowing you to build solid relationships and deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities: • Act as a trusted HR partner for clients • Lead employee relations matters and performance management • Provide HR advice compliant across varied provinces • Manage client interaction through calls and ticket support • Support projects and maintain best HR practices
Requirements: • 5–10 years progressive HR experience • Fluent in French and English required • Robust background in employee relations essential • Experience in client-facing or consulting roles • CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
