Take the lead in buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements as a Manager. Support private equity funds and corporations through insightful analysis of financial and operational results.

This role focuses on managing due diligence projects, analyzing quality of earnings, cash flow, and net debt. You will prepare detailed reports on transaction considerations while coordinating with clients and targets. Managing junior staff's career development will also be key, alongside contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements • Analyze quality of earnings and cash flow • Prepare comprehensive, deal-focused reports • Review purchase agreements and financial models • Mentor junior staff and support their growth

Requirements: • CPA designation or similar preferred • 2+ years in financial due diligence or mergers • Proven leadership and project management skills • Strong detail orientation and ability to adapt • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with VBA and Power BI is an asset
