You will manage correspondence, handle bookings and schedules, and provide crucial support throughout the client journey. Your organizational skills and customer service expertise will ensure a smooth operation, building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and direct guests for smooth entry
• Handle all communication and scheduling for bookings
• Assist Sales Team effectively throughout the booking process
• Build and maintain relationships with clients




• Represent the organization positively during guest interactions
Requirements:
• Experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or entertainment
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Siriusware preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Organized, friendly, and motivated personality
