This position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact through program delivery and operational support. You will work under the Manager of Athletics and Recreation Operations, and support the Youth Program Coordinator in organizing activities and events. Experience in youth programming will be beneficial as you develop lesson plans and ensure a secure environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate youth programs and events
• Lead engaging program activities and sessions
• Develop and implement camp lesson plans
• Assist with setup and take down of activities
• Ensure adherence to safety and policy guidelines
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Experience in youth programming preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Industry-related training and certification preferred
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record check required
