Human Resources Business Partner – Airbus Canada

Airbus Canada is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). The HRBP will contribute to the strategic and operational objectives of the salaried sectors and work across the A220 commercial aircraft programme.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify HR opportunities and lead the analysis and diagnosis of client needs.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on leadership development, talent and performance management, change management, interpersonal and team relations, and communication.
- Support the delivery and deployment of HR programmes and processes such as the Performance Management cycle, Annual Salary Review, Leadership Review, Employee Engagement Survey, and Development.
- Contribute to continuous improvements and best practices to influence HR strategies.
- Develop and deliver training for managers (labor relations and leadership management training).
- Create and implement HR policies.
- Support recruitment activities and assist managers in recruiting, hiring and retention strategies.
- Operate HR operational activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Industrial Relations or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience working in a Human Resources Department.
- Strong ability to influence and guide managers.
- Strong autonomy and adaptability to unexpected situations.
- Experience in designing, developing and delivering HR business solutions.
- Project management skills and teamwork orientation.
- Results‑oriented and recognized for multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bilingual in French and English (proficiency required).
- Knowledge of Google Suite an asset.
