In this senior role, you will provide hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. Candidates should be well-versed in Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment (ORC), Learning, and Compensation modules. You will engage in implementation projects, enhancements and deliver ongoing production support while effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects • Manage enhancements and production support tasks • Analyze issues and propose viable solutions • Communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups • Utilize SQL, PL/SQL, and XML in project tasks
