What Will You Do?





- Manage and optimize HR systems, including workflows, automations, and reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT
- Ensure data integrity and support system integrations
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions

What Do You Bring?

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles
- Experience working with multiple HR systems and integrations
- Advanced Excel and/or BI tool proficiency
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with automation or digital tools is an asset
