The team prioritizes collaboration, agile principles, and a safe space to experiment and build on colleagues' strengths to achieve milestones. As an Analyst, HR Digital Solutions, you will focus on creating solutions that balance system capabilities with user needs and contribute to the transformation to a Digital Enterprise by delivering innovative services and employee experiences.Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to develop and deploy sustainable Workday configuration solutions in a mature and complex Workday ecosystem.Clearly define and refine technical requirements with a focus on high-value, high-impact work.Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose innovative solutions to optimize HR processes, drive automation, and improve user experience in Talent Management and Talent Development.Maintain accurate system documentation, including process workflows,
configurations, and standard operating procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and ease of maintenance.Ensure accuracy and organization of tickets in the ticketing system (JIRA).Must have skills/experience/qualifications A minimum of 5 years of HR digital analysis experience5 years of Workday HCM experienceExtensive Workday configuration and implementation experience with Global Contingent Workers in WorkdayExtensive Workday HCM configuration and business process knowledgeAttention to detail to ensure data integrity and high-quality work while maintaining discretion with sensitive informationEmployee experience focus with solid communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsCurious thinker with strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-starter with ability to work without explicit directionStrong time management skills and ability to organize work independentlyResilience to support a transforming organizationExperience supporting HR-related tasks, processes, and services; knowledge of agile practices is a plusSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type ContractJob function Information TechnologyIndustries IT Services and IT Consulting, Human Resources Services, and Insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
