In this full-time seasonal role, you will ensure the day-to-day operations of the warehouse are efficient and organized. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, fleet support, and acting as managerial authority in the absence of the Operations Manager. You’ll be working closely with tour leaders and ensuring all logistical communication is clear and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the Squamish Warehouse
• Maintain equipment, organization, and fleet support
• Communicate logistical details to tour leaders
• Provide managerial support in the absence of the Operations Manager
• Participate in additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
• Background in travel or as a tour leader
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Robust organizational and facilitation skills
• Valid Driver’s License and CPR-C First Aid Certification
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physical duties
