Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs
• Conduct assessments to improve training effectiveness
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees
• Maintain compliance with training documentation and regulations
• Lead internal competency-building initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years in HSE training preferred
• University degree required; Master's preferred
• ASP/CSP or similar designation required
• Proven experience in adult learning program management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and HSE regulations
