- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Robust expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Java-based microservices and backend components.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for the development team.
- Drive architecture decisions aligned with best practices, performance, and security standards.
