This role in the Design Build Division focuses on assisting Project Managers and site teams. Responsibilities include managing schedules, resources, equipment, and project documentation while fostering effective communication among clients, consultants, and internal teams. Those in this position will monitor project progress, budget tracking, and compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedules and resources for active projects
• Prepare and track contracts, RFIs, and change orders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and logs
• Liaise with all stakeholders for timely communications
• Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field
• 4+ years construction project coordination experience
• Solid understanding of construction drawings/specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Support successful project outcomes by ensuring timely coordination, effective communication, and strong attention to detail across all construction phases.
