Blu Ivy Group is a results-driven employer branding company dedicated to delivering meaningful outcomes that are grounded in data and business impact. We collaborate with our clients to address their most pressing challenges in culture, employer branding, and recruitment marketing, always with an eye on future growth and innovation. Our mission is to co-create a world of human-centered and high-performance workplaces. Join us in shaping the future of work. About the Role
As a Senior Director, Employer Brand & Culture, you will lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements with a portfolio of clients—serving as a strategic advisor, hands-on practitioner, and trusted partner throughout the work. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who enjoys being close to the work: shaping strategy, doing the thinking, guiding clients through complexity, and ensuring exceptional outcomes. You will build deep relationships with senior leaders and with HR, Talent, Marketing, and Communications teams, turning insights into action. You will regularly engage and present to C-suite and executive leaders, helping leaders focus on what matters most to drive meaningful impact. This is not a people management role. You may collaborate with other consultants on projects, but your primary accountability is for client success, quality delivery, and the commercial health of your client portfolio. What You’ll Do
Lead and Deliver Client Work
Own end-to-end delivery of employer brand and culture engagements, from discovery through strategy and activation. Lead hands-on work across areas such as employee value propositions, talent and culture research, messaging, employee experience, and culture strategy. Translate complex insights into explicit, practical, and compelling recommendations clients can act on. Ensure all deliverables meet Blu Ivy’s standards for quality, rigor, and impact.
Build Strong Client Partnerships
Develop and manage trusted relationships across complex client ecosystems—including HR, Talent, Marketing, Communications, and executive leadership—often balancing multiple perspectives and priorities. Lead and influence senior and C-suite stakeholders with confidence, synthesizing complexity into clear points of view and guiding leaders toward decisive action. Serve as a thoughtful advisor who balances strategic perspective with pragmatism and follow-through. Proactively identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and continue delivering value over time. Own Commercial & Operational Success
Be accountable for the financial health of your client portfolio, including project performance, revenue delivery, and margin. Partner with the Head of Consulting and internal teams to support renewals, expansions, and new scopes of work. Manage multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously with clarity, discipline, and attention to detail. Maintain strong project, time, and financial tracking to support smooth delivery and operational excellence. Contribute to Blu Ivy’s Growth
Help evolve Blu Ivy’s methodologies, tools, and ways of working through your experience and insight. Stay current on trends in employer branding, culture, HR, and advisory services, bringing fresh thinking into client work. Contribute to thought leadership, perspectives, or internal learning as opportunities arise. Model Blu Ivy’s BIG values in how you show up with clients and colleagues. What You Bring
8–12+ years of experience in employer branding, culture, HR consulting, organizational effectiveness, talent, marketing, or a related field, with time spent in a senior, client-facing role. Experience in the Hospitality, Financial, or Tech industries is an asset. Proven ability to lead complex consulting engagements independently, while remaining deeply involved in the work. Demonstrated confidence and effectiveness presenting to, advising, and influencing senior and C-suite leaders—able to lead discussions, challenge constructively, and focus leaders on what will drive the greatest impact. Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing project performance and contributing to client growth. Excellent strategic thinking skills paired with a practical, execution-oriented mindset. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and storytelling. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality. A collaborative approach, combined with the confidence to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in helping organizations create better working environments. Why Blu Ivy Group
Blu Ivy Group is a human-centered employer brand and culture consultancy partnering with globally recognized organizations to create workplaces where people and businesses thrive. We are a small, agile team that values trust, flexibility, and excellence. We believe our best work happens when experienced practitioners are given ownership, autonomy, and the space to do meaningful, impactful work alongside clients. If you meet most—but not all—of the criteria above, we still encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives, lived experience, and potential.
