In this crucial role, you'll oversee Recreation Services tailored to client needs. Your three or more years of experience in Recreation Therapy will help you identify individual desires and create engaging programming. Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure each client’s satisfaction and monitor participation in activities, leading staff and volunteers to meet established objectives.

• Deliver tailored Recreation Services for all clients

• Identify client’s needs for recreational involvement
• Ensure programming meets individual assessment criteria
• Lead and motivate recreation staff and volunteers
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Recreation Therapy
• Minimum 3 years in recreation therapy, healthcare facility experience
• 2 years in program planning within senior’s care
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Search
