Lead the transformation of a historic site into a up-to-date boutique hotel in Victoria. This key role coordinates development efforts, ensuring that design and operational needs are met throughout the process.
In this position, you will act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, guiding all phases from entitlement through to the commissioning of the hotel. Your expertise in managing complex urban developments and working with diverse teams will be critical. You will standardize procurement processes and maintain project integrity, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the development project at 603 Pandora Avenue
• Ensure successful coordination between teams and external partners
• Track project schedules, budgets, and critical milestones




• Collaborate on procurement and contractor selections
• Monitor and report on project risks and status
Requirements:
• 8+ years in development or project management
• Experience with large-scale commercial developments
• Proficient in running procurement and tender processes
• Familiarity with development budgets and project scheduling
