Enhance identity management systems as an IAM Software Engineer. Support enterprise IAM operations while collaborating on technical tasks and automation using Python and core IAM platforms.
In this dual-focused role, you will engage in operational efforts and contribute to backend development. You'll support daily operations of the IAM program and improve processes while working closely with cross-functional teams. Involvement includes scripting, debugging, and providing solutions for identity lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage IAM access lifecycle processes and execution
• Improve joiner/mover/leaver workflows and access requests
• Collaborate with Security and IT for change management
• Troubleshoot IAM issues, focusing on provisioning and workflow
• Document operational procedures and runbooks
Requirements:
• 2+ years in software engineering or strong internship experience
• Proficiency in Python or similar backend language
• Experience with CI/CD and GitHub workflows
• Familiarity with AWS or cloud environments
• Robust communication and documentation skills
