Geotab ® is a global leader in IoT and connected transportation, seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee product development from conception to launch across multiple products and segments.

What you'll do: As a Senior Product Manager, you will: Understand the infrastructure needed to support growth of existing and new revenue streams. Own the development of a comprehensive product roadmap and drive prioritization at a portfolio level to align with business strategy. Work closely with UX designers, developers, data scientists, and technical project managers, and communicate with senior leadership.

Lead high‑impact customer discovery initiatives and mentor team members in conducting interviews to refine value propositions and product fit.

Drive prioritization at the portfolio level, aligning efforts with overall business and product strategy.

Establish advanced reporting and monitoring frameworks that measure success across multiple product dimensions.

Design and implement feedback loops at scale to ensure continuous alignment with market needs.

Lead complex problem and solution validation, ensuring strategic alignment and providing direction on critical solutions.

Oversee the translation of needs into detailed epics and initiatives that align with the overall product strategy.

Collect and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve launched products.

Enhance product management frameworks, mentor other product managers, and contribute to company‑wide initiatives.

What you'll bring to the role:





5–8 years of product management and/or customer discovery experience.

Post‑Secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (highly valued).

Demonstrated experience and strong understanding of user engagement metrics and product KPIs to drive data‑informed decision‑making.

Proven ability to lead complex problem and solution validation while mentoring junior team members.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (in‑person and virtual).

Expertise in Agile planning methods and practices.

Entrepreneurial mindset, staying current with technology and adapting to growing market demands.

Hiring Range $113,000 – $150,000 CAD
