Drive success in heavy civil construction as our Project Manager. Oversee project lifecycles, budgets, and schedules while prioritizing health and safety in this in-person role located in Alberta.
As a project manager, you'll be responsible for executing various geotechnical projects while ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction. You'll prepare budgets, manage subcontractor activities, and coach team members, all while promoting a positive safety culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project execution from handover to closeout
• Prepare effective project budgets and ensure adherence
• Review design specifications and suggest improvements
• Manage subcontractors to ensure project success
• Coordinate communication with multiple stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
• 5+ years managing projects in Heavy Civil Construction
• Familiarity with health and safety programs
• Proven track record in managing commercial foundation projects
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
