• Supervise raise or construction crews during operations
• Prepare work areas, maintaining safety and cleanliness
• Clarify and execute daily work assignments effectively
• Perform safety checks and document findings
• Uphold lockout and tagging practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Alimak raise equipment operations
• Supervisory experience in construction or raise activities preferred
• Ontario U0064 certification or equivalent required
• Strong background in underground construction safety protocols
• Physically capable of underground work environments
